What To Expect At SMBC

You’ll see the indescribable joy that is found only with Jesus Christ. This is seen through our impassioned worship experience, strong biblical teachings, and a welcoming church family. You’ll develop a healthy knowledge of who Christ is and what He’s done for you.

Our church is made up of people from all different backgrounds. When you walk in you’ll see folks in slacks, suits, shorts, dresses, t-shirts, jeans… we serve a God who asks for nothing but our faith, and all we ask of you is to be open-minded to what God has in store for you.

Comfort levels are different for everyone. Our church family is comprised of a myriad of persons from different backgrounds and thus you’ll see formal suits, dresses, casual suits, relaxed dress, jeans, shorts and the like. While we encourage persons to be comfortable in their dress, here at Second we also ask persons to remember that we’re in the House of the Lord. So what are you waiting for?
